Return Policy

GENERAL RULES FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURNS

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

  1. 1. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail, subject to “cancellation request” and send to

Mail shall contain following details:

  1. A) Order ID
  1. B) Reason for the Cancellation of order
  2. C) Refund account / User Wallet details
  1. 2. Cancellation shall be initiated after receiving formal cancellation of order request at [email protected]
  1. 3. Cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted before 48 hours of delivery.
  1. 4. Refund shall be made under the following Conditions:
  • In case of cancellation, we process the refund within 48 hours.
  • If the order is not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient).
  • If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
  1. 5. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure; our team will evaluate, if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our Management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstance can exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
  2. 6. In case of personalized gifts, Order can’t be cancelled, once the product is ready. 0% percent refund policy applicable for customized order. Complaints regarding damage/Missed products should be raised through e-Mail [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
  1. 7. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
  1. 8. Any Extra amount credited to Gift2Me user’s wallet account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
  1. 9. In all matters concerning cancellation and refund Gift2Me shall have the deciding hand.
  1. 10. Gift2Me may amend its Cancellation and refund policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by e-mail or an announcement on the website.

  1. 12. The prices of the dream products which is selected for user’s campaign may vary without any prior notice. Pre-book your orders to enjoy attractive rates. In order to provide better service we request you to place the order with correct address and contact details (Phone number and email address) of the recipient. Our customer care team is on toes to ensure that you have a great experience with us. During the user’s Birthday, Wedding anniversary, they may take a little more time to respond. Kindly be patient. If you have dropped us any email, we ensure that it is being reviewed and will be positively answered back.
  2. 13. We take best efforts to deliver your orders as soon as possible, due to huge rush during user’s Birthday, Wedding anniversary, we don’t offer any fixed time guarantee. Orders are processed on first come first serve basis, delivery areas and other local conditions. Due to extreme rush few deliveries might get delayed by a day. Cancellation policy 25% of the order value. Special products and Surprise product under no cancellation.
  3. 14. Request for refund or replacement must be raised within 2 working days of delivery of the product at My Orders page.
  4. 15. Returns shall be arranged for pick-up through a logistic service partner. However, in the event the logistic service partner is unable to do so, a notification regarding the same shall be sent to you, dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area to the address
  5. 16. Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return. During pick-up, your product shall be checked for the following conditions:
    1. a.Name/ Image/ Brand/ Serial Number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be clearly visible and should not be removed.
    2. b. All in-the-box accessories, freebies, warranty/guarantee cards and combos (if any) should be presented.
    3. c. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non- tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
    4. d. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
    5. e. Product’s original packaging/ brand box should be undamaged.
  6. 17. Products may be rejected to refund, if they are not returned as per the conditions mentioned above.
  7. 18. Products should be carefully packaged so that there is no damage during transit.
  1. 19. Gift2Me shall not be responsible for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product is not belonging to the Seller or transacted through Gift2Me is returned by mistake, Gift2Me or the Seller shall not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and shall not be responsible for its delivery back. You waive any and all claims against Gift2Me in this regard.

MODE OF PAYMENT FOR REFUND

The Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit / Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. We regret for any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet /Gift2Me wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

During peak seasons please allow up to 10-14 business days to process your return.

We will initiate refund to the following modes:

  1. a. If the payment done via Credit Card/Debit Card/e-Wallets/ Gift2Me Wallets the refund will be initiated via same payment mode.
  2. b. If the payment done via IMPS/NEFT/Net banking, the refund will be initiated via same payment mode.
  3. c. If the payment done via UPI, the refund will be initiated via same payment mode.
  4. d. If the payment done by Cash on Delivery, the refund will be initiated via same payment mode.
  1. 1. We may request for information or documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
  2. 2. If the payment mode has expired or no longer valid, we will refund you through one of the modes mentioned above as agreed by you.
  3. 3. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.

The prices shown may vary without any prior notice due to special day rush. Pre-book your orders to enjoy attractive rates. In order to provide better service, we request you to place the order with the correct address and contact details (Phone number and email address) of the recipient.

If you wish we do not contact the recipient, please mail our customer care at [email protected] and notify them about the same.

Due to huge rush during user’s Special day delivery duration can be extended from 24 – 48 hours on given date and time and “Delivery status confirmation” may arrive little later by e-mail / SMS. Our team works very hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.
